BSN's new product
For most knowledgeable weight lifters, Tricep is the muscle to work out for a greater increase in your arms size. A recent poll showed that most people doing skullcrushers, or close grip bench press workouts got the most improvements. For me personally rope and bar workouts attack my tricep the most but skullcrushers and close grip always seem to do the trick also. Please comment and give your opinion on certain workouts for triceps i am always ready to learn.
